The carbon-nitriding heat-treatment is carried out to improve the surface wear resistance of the textile steel ring.Through analysis of the control characteristics of carbon potential in furnace,the technology parameters of carbon-nitriding heat-treatment for Steel 20 are determined.In terms of carbon & nitrogen concentration mass fraction,remaining austenite mass fraction and the influence of alloy elements internal oxidation to the textile steel ring micro-hardness,a control system is designed.A... 


为提高纺织钢令的耐磨性,对其表面进行碳氮共渗处理.通过分析气氛中不同碳势模式控制的特点,确定了20钢碳氮共渗的工艺参数.根据碳氮质量分数、残余奥氏体质量分数,以及合金元素内氧化对纺织钢令显微硬度的影响,设计了碳势控制系统.系统运行后取得了满意的控制效果.

The textile steel ring-travelers polished in different ways are electrolessly plated in acidic Ni-P solution, which mainly consists of NiSO_4·6H_2O、NaH_3PO_2·H_2O, complexing agent and stabilizer. The plating temperature is 85℃ and the plating time is one hour. The results of test show that the electroless Ni-P plating is much friendlier to the environment than the Ni plating widely used in China for ring-travellers. 对表面经不同方法抛光处理后的纺纱钢丝圈进行了酸性镀液化学镀镍磷合金试验。镀液主要由NiSO4·6H2O,NaH3PO2·H2O和适量络合剂、稳定剂等组成,施镀温度85℃,施镀时间1h。与国产主流产品电镀镍钢丝圈相比,除施镀工艺具有更好的环保性外,上车试用结果表明,经精抛处理后、镀态下具有细致的非晶态结构、光滑表面和一定镀层厚度的高磷镀层钢丝圈能与钢领之间更快速地建立起稳定的运行过程,缩短走熟期;成纱质量高,毛羽短而少;耐磨寿命从5~7天延长至20天以上。
