Main technological performance
Using high quality Gr15 bearing steel pipe material, completely subverts the
common steel collar technology equipment and production process. It also
adopts automatic numerical control lathe, internal and external numerical
control grinding machine, numerical control grinding machine,
quenching/tempering integrated heat treatment equipment and composite
surface treatment for precision machining, so that the product can reach the
following performance indexes:
1) the tolerance of roundness, flatness and parallelism is <0.010mm
2) substrate hardness HRA 82-83, and coating microhardness 950-1000hv0.1
3) surface roughness Ra is no more than 0.2-0.4mm(domestic ordinary steel collar is
0.8-1.6mm).
4) in the non-ripening stage, the yarn hairiness decreases by 20%-30%.
5) the thickness of self-lubricating and wear-resistant coating is 15-20 mg.
6) the service life is 5-6 years
