Suessen: EliTe spinning system for long- and short-staple fibres

Abstract The EliTe compact spinning was presented at ITMA'99, Paris, and is based on Fiomax high-speed ring-spinning machines and can

process all fibres and their blends in the full count range - Fiomax E 1 and RingCan E 1 are for short staple, and Fiomax E 2 for long staple.

Higher strength and elongation result, with lower hairiness, and often standard 2-ply yarns can be replaced by single EliTe yarns.

Twist can be reduced by 20% resulting in softer yarn benefiting the end product profile.
